It’s been a long time everyone, it has been full of sad news these days.
First of all, I was planning to go on a coffee trip visiting Israel, Europe and America in April. Sadly it is now postponed due to the COVID-19 situation right now.
In fact, I have started KOBAYASHI COFFEE, my individual brand last summer and have been working on a certain plan quietly and secretly. The plan was to purchase a roaster machine when I return to Gunma after my coffee trip and really get into production for KOBAYASHI COFFEE but i had to rethink that too.
I am currently in Gifu prefecture. Since last year I have been on a trip to study and visit coffee shops nationwide while living and working in various parts of Japan . With such an advantage, I was able to know more about Japan and different coffee while I could also save up for my business, yet I can’t continue on this as well.
This is my current state/plan until the end of June, and I have nothing decided after that. I thought I would be pretty calm mentally, but that wasn’t the case. Lol
Anyway, I am pretty free these days so if you have any book recommendation, please let me know. And if you have the book and willing to lend me it, I’d appreciate it very much if you could mail it to me directly (freight included please😂)
